UGBS Donates Three old Vehicles to Less Endowed Units in the University Community
The University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) under the Leadership of Prof. Ernest Tweneboah-Koduah, Dean, UGBS donated three old vehicles; two Toyota Avensis and one Toyota Hilux to some less endowed units in the University community. These Units include, the office of the Human Resource Management, Archives, and the Students Financial Aid Office to support their day-to-day administration. The donation ceremony took place on 3rd June, 2026 at the Forecourt of UGBS parking lot. In attendance was Mrs. Emelia Naa Kwantsua Agyei-Mensah, Registrar, University of Ghana, Senior members and Senior staff of the University.
The welcome address was given by Mr. Emmanuel Poku-Sarkodee, School Administrator, UGBS. This was followed by a short speech from Prof. Ernest Yaw Tweneboah-Koduah. He stated in his speech that the Business School, in its mandate to support the growth of the university community decided to donate these Vehicles to help aid these units in their administrative works. He further encouraged the various units to take good care of the vehicles to enhance its longevity. Mrs. Emelia Naa Kwantsua Agyei-Mensah expressed her profound appreciation to the Administration of UGBS for their kind gesture. She also encouraged the various units to make good use of the cars and also take good care of them.The ceremony ended with photographs and the donation of the vehicles to the various units by Prof. Ernest Yaw Tweneboah-Koduah.
